Lazy River Amenity Center

Sunfield’s newest main attraction offers resort-style living outside your back door. With over 25,000 SF of the pool deck, ample shade structures, picnic tables, open-air pavilions, and family grill stations, you won’t need a vacation! There are three water features: The Lagoon pool with waterfalls, Activity Pool with a basketball hoop, and an over 1,000-foot-long Lazy River! (Yes- there is Wi-Fi here too.) For those that need a land-based activity, there is a gathering gazebo and plenty of open space for picnicking. You can check it out when you visit to tour our open model homes and available spec homes!

Sunbright Activity Center

Located near the community entrance, Sunbright Activity Center offers both a splash park and a Junior Olympic Swimming pool with lap lanes. There is also an 8,000 SF covered picnic pavilion with BBQ grills for community get-togethers, a summer cookout, or to sit with neighbors. And don’t worry – there is Wi-Fi! We are the most exciting new home community in the Austin area!

Lakeside Amenity Center

Located at the back of the community, this amenity center will feature a second lazy river, an open pavilion with shade structures, a splash park plus it will be near the community lake with walking trails and more!
