Bring your fishing pole to enjoy some quality time fishing at our Catch & Release Lake. After all the excitement of the other activities during the day, some time quietly fishing and soaking in the surrounding nature is a great way to relax.

Sunfield’s newest main attraction offers resort-style living outside your backdoor. With over 25,000 SF of pool deck, ample shade structures, picnic tables, open-air pavilions and family grill stations, you won’t need a vacation! There are three water features: The Leisure pool with waterfalls, Activity Pool with basketball hoop and the over 1,000 foot long Lazy River! (Yes- there is Wi-Fi here too.) For those that need a land-based activity, there is a gathering gazebo and plenty of open space for picnicking.

At Sunfield, events are planned year-round—from movie nights to holiday parties, even goat yoga—to help you and your family connect with neighbors and enjoy the laid-back Hill Country lifestyle, only found in Sunfield. Friendly and welcoming, the community is perfect for young families, empty-nesters and furry friends!

Our furry residents will enjoy the dog parks at the Sunbright Amenity Center. There are parks for both large and small dogs complete with an obstacle course! Of course, there are some benches for their owners.

The Sunfield bus stop & mail station is a great place to connect with other parents and children when the local school bus comes through the community. Children can walk or ride their bike to a covered area and wait safely for their ride to school. Check your mail without the weather elements while you wait.

Sprinkled throughout the community are several playground structures for children of all ages. The brightly colored structures will bring out the adventurer in any child!

Located near the community entrance, Sunbright Activity Center offers both a splash park and a Junior Olympic Swimming pool with lap lanes. There is also an 8,000 SF covered picnic pavilion with BBQ grills for community get togethers, a summer cook out or just to sit with neighbors. And don’t worry – there is Wi-Fi!
